This facilitated discussion explores how utiltiies can expand VPP participation by engaging underserved customer segments. We will examine challenges and opportunities for enrolling low-income, multifamily, and small business customers based on real-world experiences and best practices.
Advanced managed charging optimization strategies
Utilities can unlock new value streams with EVs through strategies like dynamic load shaping and distribution load limiting. This discussion group dives into these emerging optimization strategies and what it will take to move beyond traditional DR.
Unlocking locational and distribution grid value with VPPs
As VPPs become increasingly grid-aware, utilities have the opportunity to address locational and distribution grid concerns with BTM resources. This working group will explore real use cases for leveraging VPPs to unlock value at the distribution grid level.
