Case study: National Grid delivers $5.7M+ per year in system benefits with energy storage solution

National Grid and EnergyHub partnered to implement a pay-for-performance residential battery program in Massachusetts, managing the program and seven battery providers through the EnergyHub DERMS.

With the goal of enrolling 18.3 MW of load relief by the end of 2023, the program is on track to provide $5.7+ million per year in system benefits, reducing costs for all customers while delivering emissions reduction and more reliable flexibility during peak events.
