EnergyHub's Partner Onboarding Process

EnergyHub facilitates partner onboarding by setting up an introductory call between any interested company and our Partner Operations team, establishing an initial relationship. 

Following an initial call, EnergyHub will work with the partner to execute an MSA, governing the relationship. Then EnergyHub will facilitate technical integration with Mercury Edge Connect, our OpenADR2.0 based API. 

Once these steps are complete, a dedicated EnergyHub Partner Operations team member will work with the partner to determine which of our utility client’s programs are best suited for participation, allowing for Partner devices to be utilized in DR programs across the nation.
