EnergyHub announced Mercury 3.0 earlier this month, an update to the company’s enterprise software solution enabling new DERMS capabilities. Utilities can now use Mercury to connect to and manage every type and size of distributed energy resource (DER), from Level 2 electric vehicle chargers to MW-scale energy storage systems.
Developed based on customer feedback from utility executives around the country, the update enables utilities to optimally monitor, manage, and control groups of DERs in order to maintain grid reliability and deliver grid and customer services.
"Mercury was built for the next generation of grid management," said Seth Frader-Thompson, President and Co-founder of EnergyHub. "Our goal with this update is to provide utilities with a DERMS platform that solves their problems today and evolves with them as new grid-edge challenges arise in the coming years."Click here to read the full press release.
